She had been living in a small cell since she was one year old, yearning for a better future. For three years, she imagined that this day would come and she would be happy again. Okay, almost. She was hauled up from her jail, terrified of the outside world, but she instantly began running to all the humans she could see, hoping to receive some love from them. Now that her shock has subsided and she has been in foster care for about 6 months, she is ready to spread her wings and find a home.
